To create a new task, tap the "+" icon in the Daily Planner section. You can add details like task name, due date, time, priority, and even subtasks. Tasks can also be categorized with color coding for better organization.
Manage tasks by tapping on them to edit or delete them. You can also mark tasks as completed by checking them off in the to-do list.
To sync your calendar, go to Settings > Calendar Sync, and connect your Google Calendar, iCal, or other calendars. The app will automatically import and display your events, helping you manage your daily tasks and appointments in one place.
When creating or editing a task, tap on the “Repeat” option to set up a recurring task. You can choose the recurrence frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) and set reminders for specific times to ensure you stay on track.
The Premium version offers advanced features like unlimited task creation, additional calendar views, enhanced habit tracking, priority customer support, and other customization options. You can subscribe through the app and manage your subscription via your iTunes account.
The habit tracker allows you to set goals and track daily or weekly habits. Add habits by tapping the "Habit Tracker" section, and customize tracking options (e.g., frequency, start dates). Monitor your progress with visual graphs and reminders to stay consistent.
For team or group tasks, use the “Activity Scheduler” feature. It allows you to assign tasks, set timelines, chat, and manage files, making it easy to collaborate on projects and track progress together.
Use the Daily Routine Planner feature to structure your day with task prioritization and time slots. You can easily shift tasks around as priorities change, using both daily and weekly views to see your schedule at a glance.
To receive reminders, make sure notifications are enabled in both the app and your device settings. You can set customized reminders for each task and event, ensuring you stay updated on important deadlines and appointments.
The app automatically syncs and backs up data if you're signed in. To manually back up your data, go to Settings > Backup and Sync, and choose your preferred method, whether to the cloud or your connected account.

Daily Planner & Habit Tracker offers a free version, but users can upgrade to Premium for enhanced features. Subscriptions are billed through your iTunes account and automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period.
