Repair Process

How Repairs Work 

1. Submit a Repair Request

Tell us your iPhone model and what needs to be repaired.

2. Get & Approve Your Quote

We’ll review your request and send you a repair quote. Once approved, we’ll confirm whether your part is in stock. A parts deposit may be required for special orders.

3. Schedule Your Repair

Once your part is available, we’ll schedule a convenient drop-off appointment in Belmont.

4. Repair & Testing

We’ll complete the repair and test your iPhone to make sure everything is working properly. Most repairs are completed the same day.

5. Pick Up Your iPhone

We’ll let you know when your iPhone is ready. Pay the remaining balance by Venmo, Zelle, or cash and inspect your device before leaving.

Warranty
Eligible repairs are covered by our 7-day workmanship warranty and 25-day parts warranty. 

Before Your Appointment:

✓ Back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer.
✓ Disable Find My iPhone
✓ Know your Apple Account password in case it's needed. Never give us your password.
✓ Tell us about any existing damage or problems, including liquid exposure or previous repairs.
✓ Bring your iPhone charged, if possible.

Please do not erase your iPhone.
