Hey Remote provides remote-control functionality for compatible devices. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We do not guarantee that the App will be compatible with every device, television, operating system, network configuration, or hardware configuration.
Compatibility may change as manufacturers update their devices, software, or network protocols.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate authorization to control or connect to any device using Hey Remote.
You must not use the App to access, control, or interfere with devices that you do not have permission to use.
You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your device and network.
Hey Remote may interact with devices, platforms, or services provided by third parties.
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, compatibility, security, or performance of third-party devices or services.
Hey Remote is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with any third-party device manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
Any third-party names, trademarks, or brands referenced within the App belong to their respective owners.
All rights, title, and interest in and to Hey Remote, including its software, design, graphics, logos, content, and functionality, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the App for personal and lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the App except where permitted by applicable law.
If Hey Remote offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, those purchases are processed through the applicable app store.
Any subscription terms, pricing, renewal conditions, and cancellation options presented at the time of purchase will apply to the relevant purchase.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the applicable app store's rules.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings where applicable.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue some or all features of Hey Remote at any time.
We may also release updates that change, improve, or remove functionality.
You agree that we may provide updates to the App when necessary to maintain compatibility, security, or functionality.
Hey Remote is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always be available or uninterrupted.
The App will work with every compatible device or network configuration.
The App will be completely free of errors or defects.
Remote-control functionality will work in every environment or circumstance.
You use the App at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to your use of Hey Remote.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, device issues, network interruptions, loss of access, or inability to use the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Hey Remote if you violate these Terms or use the App in a manner that may harm the App, other users, third parties, or our services.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Your use of Hey Remote is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be handled when you use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms. Your continued use of Hey Remote after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
