Welcome to Flight Tracker Plane Finder 24 (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the App.
By downloading, accessing, or using Flight Tracker Plane Finder 24, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Flight Tracker Plane Finder 24 is a flight-tracking and flight-information application that provides users with information about flights, aircraft, airports, routes, schedules, terminals, gates, and related aviation information.
The App may provide:
Live or near-real-time aircraft positions.
Flight numbers and airline information.
Departure and arrival information.
Flight routes.
Aircraft altitude and speed.
Flight status.
Scheduled and estimated departure or arrival times.
Airport information.
Terminal and gate information where available.
Interactive 2D maps.
3D flight and globe visualization.
Nearby airport and flight information based on the user's location.
The App is intended primarily as an informational and visualization tool.
Flight information displayed by the App is obtained from third-party aviation data providers and other external sources.
We do not guarantee that flight information will always be:
Accurate.
Complete.
Current.
Available.
Free from delays or errors.
Flight information may change without notice due to airline operations, weather, air-traffic conditions, technical issues, data-provider delays, or other circumstances.
Do not rely solely on information displayed in the App for making travel, airport, safety, or time-critical decisions.
For actual travel decisions, including flight departure times, arrival times, terminals, gates, cancellations, delays, and boarding information, you should verify the information directly with the relevant airline, airport, or official aviation authority.
Flight Tracker Plane Finder 24 is not an aviation control, navigation, dispatch, air-traffic-control, emergency, or safety system.
The App must not be used as a substitute for:
Official air-traffic-control information.
Pilot navigation equipment.
Airline operational systems.
Airport information systems.
Official aviation notices.
Emergency services.
Professional aviation software.
We do not provide aviation instructions or operational control services.
The App relies on third-party services and technologies to provide certain features.
These may include:
Aviation Edge for flight and timetable information.
Apple MapKit for 2D maps.
Apple Core Location for location services.
Firebase services.
CesiumJS for 3D visualization.
Esri / ArcGIS World Imagery for satellite imagery.
OpenStreetMap / Overpass API for certain geographic information.
OpenFlights airport data.
Third-party 3D aircraft models and related licensed assets.
Third-party services may become unavailable, change their APIs, modify their terms, restrict access, or provide inaccurate or incomplete information.
We are not responsible for outages, errors, omissions, or changes originating from third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
The App may request access to your device location using Apple's When In Use location permission.
Location may be used to:
Display your position on the map.
Center the map around your position.
Find nearby airports.
Help display nearby flights.
The App does not intentionally use Background Location.
You can change or revoke location permissions through your device settings. Some location-based features may not function if location permission is denied.
Our handling of location and other information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The App provides a 3D visualization feature using third-party technologies and geographic data.
The 3D visualization is intended for visual and informational purposes only.
The displayed aircraft position, route, altitude, airport location, terminal location, gate location, and other geographic information may not represent the aircraft's exact real-world position or operational status.
A terminal or gate location may be estimated or may fall back to the airport's general coordinates when more specific information is unavailable.
You should not use the 3D visualization for aircraft navigation, flight operations, safety decisions, or any other mission-critical purpose.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time.
Certain features may depend on an active internet connection and third-party services.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always be available.
Flight data will always be available.
Third-party APIs will always respond.
Maps or satellite imagery will always load.
The 3D visualization will always function.
Every airport, flight, terminal, or gate will be supported.
We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the App without prior notice.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Use the App for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to interfere with the operation of the App.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or services.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
Abuse or overload third-party APIs used by the App.
Attempt to extract, scrape, or systematically reproduce third-party data in violation of applicable terms.
Use the App for aviation safety-critical or operational purposes.
Misrepresent the App or its information as official airline, airport, or government information.
The App, including its software, interface, original graphics, design, branding, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without appropriate authorization.
The App also incorporates third-party software, data, imagery, and assets that are owned by or licensed from their respective providers.
Those materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
Airline names, logos, airport names, aircraft information, geographic data, imagery, and other third-party materials displayed in the App may belong to their respective owners.
Flight Tracker Plane Finder 24 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any airline, airport, aircraft manufacturer, aviation authority, or other third-party organization unless expressly stated.
Third-party names and trademarks are used where necessary to identify relevant services, locations, or information.
The App does not currently require users to create an account or provide social-login credentials.
If account functionality is introduced in the future, additional terms may apply.
Your privacy is important to us.
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle location information, technical information, analytics, crash information, and information processed through third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and its information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties or representations regarding:
The accuracy or completeness of flight information.
The availability of flights or aircraft data.
The accuracy of aircraft positions.
The accuracy of terminal or gate information.
The availability of maps or satellite imagery.
The availability of third-party APIs.
The uninterrupted operation of the App.
The suitability of the App for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from your reliance on information displayed by the App, including inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or outdated flight information.
This includes, without limitation, losses associated with:
Missed flights.
Missed connections.
Incorrect terminal or gate information.
Flight delays or cancellations.
Travel expenses.
Changes to flight schedules.
Inaccurate aircraft positions.
Errors in maps or geographic information.
Third-party service interruptions.
You remain responsible for verifying important travel information through official sources.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, security updates, or changes to functionality.
Some updates may be necessary for continued operation of the App.
Your continued use of the App after an update means that you accept the updated version and any applicable changes to these Terms.
We may restrict or terminate your access to the App if you materially violate these Terms or misuse the App or associated services.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider responsible for the App is legally established, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
