Reflection on the Development of Digital Competence and 21st-Century Skills 

My knowledge of technology has significantly increased as a result of this training, and I am now more equipped to teach in the future. I gained knowledge on how to effectively and creatively use technology to enhance instruction in both online and in-person settings.

My perspective on education in the digital age has evolved as a result of my exposure to artificial intelligence (AI) and other cutting-edge technologies like ChatGPT, Canva, Turnitin, and Microsoft Teams. I learnt how AI can tailor instruction, increase student engagement, and give instructors and students helpful feedback.

I gained important 21st-century skills from this subject, including critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and creativity. Additionally, I gained more self-assurance in my ability to create interactive classes and encourage active student engagement using digital technologies.
