Athletes are required to renew their portal database information and health history every year.  They will receive an email reminder a couple months before the expiration date, requesting a renewal of their health history on the portal.  In order to renew, athletes should Visit the Portal , logging in with their email and password, and proceed to Health HIstory Renewal.
