Located in the neighborhood cul-de-sac next to the Scooby Doo: The Museum of Mysteries attraction, H-B Ultimate Arcade celebrates the wacky cartoon world of Hanna-Barbera through unique and classic arcade attractions and games for everyone in the family to enjoy! This newest expansion to Cartoon Junction replaces the Huckleberry Hound Pies, Yogi Bear and Boo Boo Ice Cream, and Penelope Pitstop Cotton Candy Grab-N-Go dining options in the land.
This expansion will expand the current land area of Cartoon Junction, as a new adjoining show building will be built to accommodate the new arcade and its attractions. This new show building will sit next to the ones for the Scooby Doo: The Museum and Mysteries and Tom and Jerry Swiss Cheese Spin attractions.

Continuing the land's cartoony take on Victorian architecture, H-B Ultimate Arcade is designed as a turn-of-the-century penny arcade with a cartoon twist. With its gabled stepped roof, pointed entryways, bright colorful walls, and a central clock piece that seems to run on its own terms, this facade is straight out of a Hanna-Barbera cartoon that also fits with its surrounding environment. The facade will surely entice guests into entering this new expansion with its attractive pink-and-blue color scheme that is not out of place with the other facades in the cul-de-sac. In addition, some greenery will be located on the sides of the exterior to allow some variation in color in this new area.
Behind this exterior, the current "blue sky" and rolling hills backdrops will remain as they are, as they help disguise the fact that the actual arcade is located in a different and newly-constructed wing and not within the original show building section.
Below the clock is the inconspicuous title, "Penny Arcade". Indeed, it seems this building once operated as a turn-of-the-century penny arcade, but those days have long since passed. The arcade is now under the new management, and guests stepping inside find themselves in the modern, recently refurbished "H-B Ultimate Arcade".

Stepping inside the H-B Ultimate Arcade, guests will enter a lobby with that classic Hanna-Barbera design scheme as Jellystone Park signs point the way to the arcade’s many attractions. The main space is the Jetsons Future Funfair, a futuristic playland filled with classic arcade games, pinball machines, and even some exclusive games featuring your favorite Hanna-Barbera characters. There's also a spooky forest themed area in the center of the arcade housing all 10 of the only Scooby Doo Where Are You! pinball machines in the world! However, there are more than just your standard games in this arcade. Get a Toon’s-eye view of some RC cars with Wacky Accelerated Racing, or take to the skies with Dick Dastardly’s Man-Powered Flying Contraptions. Put your secret spy skills to the test with Secret Squirrel: Escape from Yellow Pinkie, or send the lasers flying with some Space Ghost Galactic Combat. Of course, you can always take it easy rolling some stones with some Flintstones Bowling or grabbing a bite to eat at the Jellystone Snack Shack.
