Team Rocky Mountain brings together transplant recipients, living donors, donor families, and supporters from Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana to celebrate the gift of life through sport, community, and advocacy.
As the host team for the 2026 Transplant Games of America in Denver, we’re building momentum — and inviting you to be part of it.
Team Rocky Mountain is more than a sports team — we are a community united by gratitude, resilience, and second chances. Our members compete, volunteer, fundraise, and show up for one another while raising awareness for organ, eye, and tissue donation.
Whether this is your first Games or you’re returning, you belong here.
There’s a Place for You on This Team
You don’t need to be an athlete to be part of Team Rocky Mountain. We welcome:
Transplant recipients
Living donors
Donor family members
Supporters and volunteers
However you participate, your involvement helps strengthen our community and amplify the message of donation.
As we prepare to host the 2026 Transplant Games of America, we rely on the generosity of our team members and supporters to make it all possible.
Our $15 from 15 campaign invites each team member to ask 15 people to donate $15 in honor of a transplant journey or donor. Small gifts come together to make a big impact.
Small gifts. Big impact.
Another peak to climb — together.
The Transplant Games of America are a national celebration of life, resilience, and hope. Thousands of athletes and supporters will gather in Denver in June 2026 — and Team Rocky Mountain is proud to host.
