Long ago, Yangchen Festival acted as a symbolic holiday for the Air Nomads. That tradition was nearly forgotten over the course of the Hundred Year War. Now, the festival takes place daily, and the people of the kingdom are excited to share their unique cuisine with travelers from all over the world!

All dishes served are strictly vegetarian, and full of flavor. A great effort has been made to do as little harm to the environment as possible, all in the name of sustainability and peace.

Favorite menu items include a wide variety of dumplings, steamed tofu with rice, tofu curry, a wide array of noodle dishes, and plenty of fruit pies and tarts. Beverages include various fruit juices and teas.
