Welcome to the Sun Warriors Temple, where ancient history and myth come to life. Reach new heights as you follow in the footsteps of Avatar Aang and Firelord Zuko. You may have heard of the great Avatar from your world, but did you know about the Sun Warriors, the original firebenders?
Legend has it that the Sun Warriors learned the art of firebending from the original firebender, the mighty dragon. And now, you have the chance to witness their power firsthand.
Queue
Upon entering the attraction, you'll be transported to an Abandoned Sun Warrior temple, with flames and intricate carvings adorning the walls. The show area will be transformed into an interior Sun Temple area.
As you journey through the attraction, you'll encounter exciting firebending exhibits and demonstrations performed by skilled warriors. The first exhibit is a firebending tutorial, allowing visitors to learn the basics of this ancient martial art - just like Aang, through CGi and mirror effects.
Coaster Ride through
The Roller Coaster element is themed around the intense dragon dance that Aang and Zuko completed, with dragon motifs and fiery special effects. The audience can cheer along as they witness the powerful demonstrations unfold.
As riders reach the loading station, they see the dragon-shaped coaster cars and the figure of a Sun Warriors in position for the Ceremony.
Sun Warrior Chief AA (Similar to the Kong queue): You have been chosen to learn the most sacred form of Firebending. The Master's will take you on a thrilling ride, full of fire and power. But be warned, it is not for the faint of spirit! Once on board the coaster, you will prepare to face the Masters of Firebending. Hold on tight as you traverse through the mountains and valleys of the Sun Warrior ruins.
The coaster train launches into the respective dragon cave where each pack faces the dragon blocking the track. Steam escapes the dragon's face as it stares unto the passengers. (White this is happening, the track flips to another route, similar to Expedition Everest.)
The coasters start mimicing the Dragon Dance depictions from the warrior temple in the queue, and pumping the music in from the queue depictions.
As the train picks up speed, riders feel the heat and intensity of the multi-colored firebending all around them provided by the Dragons.
They pass by intricate stone carvings depicting the history of the Sun Warriors and witness the powerful display of fire from the dragonās breath. Hold on tight as you feel the force of the Dragonās flames!
The coasters joust each other around the challenge rock structure, similar to Dueling Dragons.
The train continues its thrilling journey, passing through dark tunnels and around sharp curves, before finally making its way back to the station.
As riders disembark, they are surrounded by the vibrant colors of the Sun Warrior ruins and the statues of the firebending masters.
Sun Warrior Chief: Thank you for attending the Firebending Masters' lesson. The courage and intensity required for firebending can be seen inside yourself - and the future of firebending is in your hands.
