REEBOK ANNOUNCES REVOLUTIONARY NEW BASKETBALL SHOE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH DRAYMOND GREEN, THE DRAYMOND 1
Boston, MA, April 7, 2025 – Reebok International Limited today announces the release of the Draymond 1 - the most innovative shoe in the history of Reebok. Building on the success of the reintroduction of Reebok, the Draymond 1 will be available to purchase on May 1st.
The Draymond 1 has been constructed with the latest technologies developed by the researchers at Reebok and in conjunction with Draymond Green himself. Inspired by Green’s "sandpaper" qualities, the Draymond 1 has been designed to support "those who set the tone". Built with our latest foam technology, the Draymond 1 is the optimal combination of support and balance.
Product Specifications:
Smartfoam is a new technology developed by the researchers at Reebok who studying the continuous impact of basketball motions on the foot and the whole body. In conjunction with Draymond Green, Reebok has created Smartfoam to ensure that the athlete is well supported while making all player movements. Smartfoam has been developed to envelop the athlete's sole, creating a barrier between the foot and the hardwood. The Smartfoam reacts to the athlete, ensuring that all motions are well supported.
Ripstop Plastic lines the heel and the outside of the shoe to provide the necessary support for the athlete. The plastic creates a skintight connection with the foot while not interfering with any motions the athlete might do. This plastic has been designed to support the fabric of the shoe and provide the necessary connection to the Smartfoam.
Space Laces bind the shoe together, melding foot and shoe to become one. The laces were designed to endure all the rigors of sport while not hampering any motion or adding any unnecessary weight. The laces come in a multitude of colors including the custom “sand” color of the Draymond 1.

REEBOK UNVEILS FOSTER BROTHERS TUITION SCHOLARSHIP FOR BOLD FUTURE ENTREPRENEURS
Boston, MA, April 7, 2025 – Reebok International Limited (NYSE: RBK) announced today the launch of the Foster Brothers Scholarship. Named after Reebok’s founding brothers, the scholarship provides full tuition to two hard working college students who wish to pursue careers in business and/or entrepreneurship.
The award is to be presented to one student in the United States, and one student in the United Kingdom, the country of Reebok’s founding. Honoring the bold legacy and resilient spirit of Joseph and Jeffrey Foster, the scholarship is to cover a full four years of tuition at the university of their choice to two students who have demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, maintain good grades, and have proven themselves to be upstanding citizens on their campus.
Beyond simply covering the cost of tuition for the winners, through this scholarship Reebok offers the post-graduation opportunity to join a two-year rotational employment program at its brand new offices in Boston’s Seaport district. The winners will have the opportunity, if they so choose, to learn different aspects and departments of the Reebok business and brand. The rotational program further affirms Reebok’s commitment to educating the next generation of risk-takers who set the tone in driving Reebok’s brand into the future.

Reebok will begin accepting applications for the scholarship starting this week with an online form, and applications will close May 15th at 11:59pm. Winners will be deliberated upon by Reebok’s executive board, and announced by June 1, in time for the winning students to have their fall tuition paid for by Reebok over the summer.

REEBOK REBORN! THE NEW CENTER FOR BOLD, STYLISH, AND FIT CLOTHING
Boston, MA, April 7, 2025 – Reebok International Limited, also known as Reebok, is proud to announce its new website Reebok Reborn. The goal of the new website is to make one central online center for Reebok customers to easily shop for all their favorite Reebok apparel.
According to acting CEO Todd Krinsky, Reebok Reborn’s creation stems from the fact that Reebok has decided to completely revamp how they brand themselves to the customers. “We as Reebok cam together recently to analyze our current market and sales trends. When evaluating ourselves, we have realized in the last 10 years our numbers have been going down. We have launched Reebok Reborn for many reasons. First, it will become our new center for all things Reebok. Second, we will be offering exclusive deals only when you are shopping on Reebok Reborn. Our goal behind this is to see an increase by 10 percent in sales and marketing revenue from all the products and advertising we will have on the website.
Along with the launch of Reebok Reborn, Reebok announced a key element to the website will be the new loyalty rewards program that they are launching for the first time. Krinsky states, “When creating our website, we needed an incentive to give customers to shop on the website. We came up with our rewards program so that specific customers can get the online rewards that are offered on the website. All the consumer must do is put in a name and email and you will automatically be signed up.”
Reebok believes that these two additions to its customer experience will help drive more customers back to them. As stated, Reebok believes these additions will help increase sales, but what Reebok truly wants to happen is there brand be opened to brand new consumers and a new market.
