On June 9th 2026, Team Doufu went to Cosmetic Palace in Chula Vista to interview Roger Huang, the founder of a cosmetics shop. During the interview, our team asked him about his story, the culture he preserves, and the history of his company. 

On June 13th 2026, Team Doufu went to Chef Zhu in San Diego to interview it's owner, Master Zhu, an accomplished chef serving authentic Shanghai Cuisine.
