Increasingly, leadership is being asked of many people before they're ready. It's like we're in a constant leadership transition, sometimes without a manual or a north star. Let's explore 'leadershift' and what it takes to make learning great.

Stuff this, speak up, or stand back. We've all found a way to push back or work around to make something good happen when we know bigger things are at stake. Sometimes it's only for 1 person. Sometimes it's to help a wider cause. But the point is that we had fun doing it and it brought wonderful things to the surface. Tell us how you were joyfully rebellious.
