Dr. Jimenez has 17 years of expertise in the field of counseling psychology aggregated in the Philippines, Laos PDR, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, and East Africa. He has been a mentor among over a hundred male gender advocates in the Philippines, a Mental Health resource expert, and MHPSS consultant in the local and international communities. He leads in the establishment of accessible counseling rooms within the community utilizing the community-based counseling approach that provides equitable peer-to-peer and men-talking-to-men intervention strategies.

Dr. Rehana was the Country Coordinator Pakistan of Women’s Regional Network from 2018 to 2020 which aims to promotes the agenda of women, peace and security in South Asia through its missions in Pakistan, Afghanistan and India. She is also the Visiting Lecturer at QAU, Islamabad. Teaching Introduction to Gender Studies, Gender and Society in Pakistan and Women Empowerment and ASIAN Gender Trainers Network Program. In addition, she was a resource person by different organizations in Pakistan and abroad on topics related to issues of women’s rights movement, women’s mobility and empowerment, women’s agency and empowerment in conflict.

Soni was based in Kathmandu Nepal and work with countries in Africa, LAC, Asia, and Middle East. She has more in than 18 years of experience working on development sector with focus on women empowerment, gender-based violence, child rights, men and masculinities, social inclusion and managing development cooperation projects ensuring high quality results. She has completed Masters in Anthropology with major in Development Anthropology and Gender. She has completed her diploma course from institute of Social Studies, Hague, the Netherlands in 2002 on “Understanding and Managing Reproductive Health and Gender” and Training of Trainers on Gender Equality from Asian Gender Training Trainers Program in South Korea. She is competent resource person/facilitator on various topics of gender equality, social inclusion, social justice, power, and transformation social change. She has worked on capacity building of civil society organizations, from grassroots community groups/organizations to large networks/INGOs. Soni is passionate about social change for social cohesion and holds space for those who are enthusiastic and ready to learn - this is reflected in her facilitation style.
