Wherever you are in the hiring process, you're bound to have lots of questions. And, as a teacher, you probably also value learning! So here are my tips for finding the answers that you seek...quickly!
Always refer to VIPKID's portal first; the information there will take precedent over information that you find anywhere else. There are two main places to find information (be sure you are on your desktop computer/laptop):
Another very valuable resource for whenever you have a question is the Facebook group "VIPKID Newbie Support." You may join this group at any time during the hiring process or even after you're hired. There are over 18,000 members, so it is a very active group! After joining the group, I suggest using the "search" function on the page to see if your question has already been asked. If your question has not been asked (for example, if you're seeking input about which photo you might choose for your VIPKID profile), then ask away! You'll be amazed at how quickly other members will offer you support.
