This is a snapshot of a system I created on Google Sheets to streamline assessment analysis. By importing Google Form data it automatically identifies students below mastery while breaking down specific skill gaps at the question level to support targeted instruction.

Step 1: Data Collection from google forms
Assessment data is collected through Google Forms and copied into tracking system for analysis. This ensures accurate and efficient gathering of student responses.
Step 2: Data Organization & Analysis
Student responses are organized alongside correct answers, allowing for quick identification of errors at the question level. This structure makes it easy to spot patterns in student misunderstandings and track overall performance.
Step 3: Automated Intervention Identification
The system automatically highlights incorrect responses and categorizes students based on specific skill deficits. This allows for immediate grouping and targeted intervention without manual sorting.
