Edpuzzle is a website that allows teachers and students to upload videos from major video platforms or create their own. Teachers can insert questions and notes into videos. You can also enable the function so that students are unable to skip the video.
Create an account at https://edpuzzle.com/
Upload the video (Please take note, all videos uploaded to edpuzzle are public, do not upload videos that contain sensitive information)
Insert as many questions or notes you would like in the video (can be MCQs or open-ended)
Assign the work (Suggestion: enable "prevent skipping" function)
