Cognitive: At first i thought the whole of indonesia has been a islamic state the whole time but after visiting yogyakarta and seeing all the buddhist temples i now know that indonesia was dominated by the buddhist religion in the past
Social: After interacting with the locals there i learnt that they are very kind as they will always greet us with a smile and people in indonesia are very welcoming and even saying things as simple as like "thank you" or "please" in malay make it easier to socialise with them
psychological: After visiting indonesia it made me realise the diversity in cultures there and me being a different religion and race going into a malay and islamic dominated country made me appreciate their culture and food they have there
