We are on memberhub
Welcome all to the new 2021-2022 school year and PTA fiscal year. I'm Jameisha Armstrong your Council President for 2021-2023 term. Most of you know me but to sum it up I'm a mother of 4 daughters, served as a unit president at 3 different schools and other positions since 2014. I have also served on the council level as well since 2014 as different VP positions. Have served on state as a committee member. Membership and Advocacy are my key goals to serving units in my term as Council President.
We have a lot in store this year, but we mostly want to get your unit and membership body, back into the PTA spirit after a long 14 plus months of a pandemic. We are not fully through it but the worse has passed. We want to make sure all council delegates are prepared physically, mentally, and emotionally to kick off a new year of membership and serving our PTA mission. PTA Mission: To support and speak on behalf of children and youth in the schools, in the community, and before governmental bodies and other organizations that make decisions affecting children. To assist parents in developing the skills they need to raise and protect their children. To encourage parent and public involvement in the public schools of this nation. You can always reach out to me via email, text, phone at just about any time any day. Email president@tcpta.net Phone 918-609-0782
