Attendance
Please try to attend all the meetings so you can participate with your Pre-Med family, we value the time and effort that every one of you puts into this club.
If you cannot attend or miss a meeting, you will have to fill out a quick Google form that will be posted each month under "Meetings" on the subsection "Absent Form."
If the absent form is not filled out within the month of the meeting(s) then you will receive a strike. This can be monitored through the point sheet.
If you receive three strikes you will be removed from the club, no exceptions.

By the end of the school year, returning members must have 16 points and new members must have 20 points.
All Pre-Med members must participate in three physical events by the end of the year, this does not include donations. An example of a physical event may include participating with Ronald McDonald or attending club volunteer events.
If you fail to attend an event or bring in a donation and do not contact us before the event or when the donation list is printed, we will have to deduct the number of points you would have received from participating.
If you meet your points by the end of the year and you are a freshman, sophomore, or junior, you will be considered a returning member next year. If you meet your point requirement and you are a senior, you will receive a cord at graduation and will be able to go to a banquet dinner held at the end of the year.
You can check our point sheet to see if your points have been accounted for, if there is a mistake regarding the number of points you have, please notify us as soon as possible.

Welcome to Pre-Med Club! We're excited to have you this year! To be considered an official member of Pre-Med Club, you must fill out the Member Information Form AND pay the club dues. These dues are used to fund club activities, T-shirts, and dissections, and keep our club going for everything we do this year!
