Garbage Removal: Several vendors service our neighborhood (offering varying price points and schedules) so you should contact and arrange service for your home.

- Raritan Valley Disposal/Republic Services
- Angelone's Disposal
- Large Waste Removal: For large item removal (e.g. plywood, large tree branches, etc.), contact your contracted Garbage Removal company. You may also want to take advantage of the Hillsborough Township "Dump Days" on two Saturdays a month from April to October. Additional details can be found on the Hillsborough Township website.
- Leaf Disposal: Two passes are typically made in the Fall by Hillsborough Township. Please visit the Hillsborough Township website for specifics.
- Christmas Tree Disposal: Please do not leave trees at the curb unless your Garbage removal company has agreed to pick it up. Somerset County Park Commission typically accepts natural Christmas trees for recycling from December 26-January 31. Drop off locations and times are provided by the Somerset County Park Commission, so please check their website.
Recycling: If the previous homeowner didn't leave a recycling bin or you need an additional bin, follow the instructions from Hillsborough Township to obtain one. The Somerset recycling process and schedule are described on the Somerset County Recycling Website.

Maintenance of Home
- As we are a PUD (Planned Unit Development) and not a condominium association, each homeowner is responsible for maintaining both the interior and exterior of their property. Guidelines for maintenance of the exterior of the home can be found on our External Home Projects page.

Other Information:
- Parking on Snow Covered Roads: Parking is prohibited on snow covered roads as per town ordinances listed below. Vehicles in violation may be ticketed or towed, so please be sure to remove your vehicles from the roads when snow is in the forecast to help those plowing our roadways do their jobs properly and efficiently!
  - § 143-21 Designation of snow emergency no-parking areas. A. Whenever snow has fallen and the accumulation is such that it covers the street or highway, an emergency shall exist, and no vehicle shall be parked on either side of any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XVI (§ 143-45) attached to and made a part of this chapter. B. The above parking prohibitions shall remain in effect after the snow has ceased until the streets have been plowed sufficiently and to the extent that parking will not interfere with the normal flow of traffic.
  - § 143-45 Schedule XVI: Snow Emergency No-Parking Areas. Pursuant to the provisions of § 143-21, no person shall park a vehicle upon either side of any of the streets or parts of streets thereof listed below whenever snow has fallen and the accumulation is such that it covers the street or highway.
