Circulation Books
Students are allowed to borrow a maximum of 2 books at a time.
Faculty members can borrow up to 5 books for one semester renewable every month. These books are not subject to overdue fines but faculty members are held responsible for any damaged or lost books.
At the end of each semester these books should be presented physically to the Readers Services Librarian or the in-charge. A book that is still needed may be renewed at the time it is returned. All books should be returned before borrowing new books for the next academic term.
Faculty members may not use their faculty privileges for other borrowers.
A faculty member who goes on leave should return all borrowed materials so that these will be made available to others.
Any library users fail to return the library materials on time will be charge Php 10.00 per day.
Reserve Books
Faculty & Students – reserve books are for inside us only.
Reference Books
In general, reference books do not circulate and are for inside use only.
Arts and pictorial books may be brought to the classroom by a faculty or student upon the permission of the Head Librarian.
Filipiniana Books
Photocopying is allowed for only 20 minutes only.
Periodicals
All journals, magazines and newspapers, whether bound or loose issues do not circulate and are read within the library only.
For class demonstration or presentation, a student or faculty such materials can be checked out upon the permission of the Head Librarian.
A faculty can check out back issues for overnight use only.
Theses & Feasibility Studies
All theses, and feasibility studies do not circulate.
For class demonstration or presentation, a student or faculty an item can be borrowed with special permission from the Head Librarian. The Item must be returned immediately after class use.
Photocopying of any part is strictly not allowed following copying rules.
