Q: What is the check-in time for contestants?
A: Contestant check-in begins promptly at 9:00 AM on the day of the pageant.
Q: What is the registration fee, and when is it due?
A: The registration fee is $150 if paid before the event. Payments made on the day of the pageant will increase to $200.
Q: Are chapters responsible for lodging and transportation?
A: Yes, chapters are responsible for reserving and paying for lodging and arranging transportation for contestants.
Q: Will the winner receive any special accommodations?
A: Yes, the winner will receive a complimentary one-night stay on Saturday, courtesy of the fraternity, to attend the banquet.
For Judges
Q: What time is the call time for judges?
A: Judges are required to arrive no later than 7:00 PM.
Q: What equipment do judges need to bring?
A: The judging process is electronic. Judges should bring a tablet or laptop for scoring. Phones are not encouraged due to screen size limitations.
Q: Do judges need to provide a biography?
A: Yes, each judge is required to submit a 4-6 sentence biography highlighting their background and accomplishments.
