We are looking for people who are:
We are looking for people who are:
Educators in various formal & non-formal settings, working directly with youth and youth workers .
Youth workers actively involved with partner organizations. This also includes youth workers engaged in various capacities, such as those working within formal education, nongovern-mental organizations, youth centers, and community-based initiatives.
Human Rights Activists/Youth Leaders who are enthusiastic about expanding their knowledge and skills about NFE & group dynamics.
Trainers and facilitators in various non-formal settings, working directly with youth and youth workers.
Participants' selection criteria are to:

be +20 years
have experience in youth work
be curious about emotional behavioral non-formal education (more info about this here)
play an active role within their organization and/or community
have and express respect for diversity and recognizing the qualities of everyone
be open-minded, curious, and eager to learn
be aware that this project is mostly outside (when weather allows it)
have a good command of English
This project calls for openness, reflection, and emotional involvement. If you're willing to explore not only your work context, but also yourself, you're the perfect fit for this group.

You will hear from JOETZ very soon after the application deadline whether you have been selected or not. Keep a close eye on your mailbox.

After selection we ask you to sign a document agreeing to the project terms.

After your selection is confirmed, you can also start looking for travel options. This will be done together with your sending organization. They (or in agreement you) will send travel proposals to JOETZ.

Always wait for confirmation from JOETZ before buying travel tickets!

After the travel proposals are confirmed, purchase of tickets and insurance can start. Only the most ecological and/or economical option of transportation will be reimbursed. Travel must be economy/2nd class for a plane, train or bus ticket. Taxi costs will not be refunded unless there is no public transport available that covers your journey.

Last step: both the agreement on project terms, the purchased tickets and proof of insurance must be uploaded for each participant in a Google Drive folder.
