There is a beach located at the end of White Sands Court. Access to the provincially owned beach and lake is via two paths that cross land owned by the Three Brooks Home Owners Association. This 500 foot long natural white sand beach is perfect for toddlers and young children. The water deepens gradually and is only about five feet deep at 200 feet from shore.
Residents are responsible to clean-up and take garbage away with them when they leave the beach
Due to the risk of wildfire, camp fires on the land or beach are not permitted
Ensure you have control of your dog at all times, whether on or off-leash
The beach from the Ordinary High Water Mark to the water's edge is owned by the province of Nova Scotia
The beach is not supervised by Nova Scotia Lifeguards thus water quality is not tested
Three Brooks contain approximately three kilometers of connecting trails that wind along the brooks, still waters and marshlands. These trails are maintained by community volunteers. They are located both on Three Brooks Home Owner Association land and private property.
Use trails at your own risk
Be respectful of property owners that have agreed to allow trails to cross their private property

No motorized vehicles permitted
Due to the risk of wildfire, camp fires are not permitted
