Cafe Phantasia

Welcome to Cafe Phantasia, the hot spot for all Beacon activites! But also... a great place to grab some decently priced coffee, a snack to go, or a quiet and accessible place to host your DnD sessions!

As a corner plot, Cafe Phantasia has two entrances. One directly opens to a long table and shelving, as well as the metal spiral staircase

Laios' Shop

Owned by the ODD Laios, a large gruff golden dragonborn skilled in the art of smithing. The Mirstone storefront serves as a ploy, the weapons and armor fake, made of foam, plastic, and other such safer materials. Meant for LARPing, battle reinactments, and cosplay. Laios himself taking on the appearance of a just as large and gruff older man when working here.

But Beacon employees have access to the back room where the true work is. Blades as sharp as dragon fangs, armor tough as troll hide. You'll find what you need here to buff your offense and defense.

Ariya's Shop

Looking to gear up for your next adventure? Make sure to stop by Ariya's shop before heading out! From first aid kits and hearty food for wellbeing, to tools and bags packed to the brim with goodies to help you out in the field! Need some mac n cheese and a medkit? She's got it! Doing something shady with some thieves tools? She's got that too, no judgement here.

Ariya's shop is an affiliate of Granny's Cookie Kingdom.

Kest's Stable

If your little fluffy (or scaly) bundle of joy needs medical help, or a place to stay while you're out of town, the best place to bring them is Kest's Stable! She treats every patient and guest with expert care and endless compassion.

For Beacon employees, she also offers the chance to purchase some otherworldly critter companions, though you'll have to prove you can handle yourself out on the field before she's willing to leave one in your care.

Beacon Farms

Technically part of the Beacon District, this farm contributes a fair portion of Mirstone's produce. A great place for those who like hands-on work. During late summer and early fall during the Beacon Lights festival, the farmgrounds pull double duty as a training area for new recruits to the Beacon Company. Get in some basic training, and gain some wisdom from experienced and veteran employees before getting out in the field.

Granny's Cookie Kingdom

The Great Cookie Hag seems to have a store in just about every corner of the multiverse. Need a delicious snack? You'll never taste anything like Granny's decadent cookies! So heartwarmingly yummy they leave chicken soup's soulful healing in the dust.

To the regular human, the workers seem normal, but Beacon employees can see past the glamour and see them for what they are: Enchanted living cookies!

Rosepetal Insectarium

Rosepetal Insectarium is an insectarium (insect zoo) owned by Rhodomel Cleodora. It's very clear that the insectarium is its pride and joy, as it spends so much of its time taking care of the insects, giving tours, and manning the gift shop. The insectarium currently has around 100 different species in its collection, including around 20 butterfly and moth species in the domed-in butterfly garden out back. Mel treats each and every single one of them as its children. Admission to the insectarium is free, with almost of the money it makes coming from the gift shop, which is always chock full of varied trinkets and items.

Pet Haven

Pet Haven is an animal shelter dealing with the furry, scaled and feathered. No animal is turned away from Pet Haven. It offers refuge to abandoned animals until they can find a forever home.

Millennial Tunes

Millennial Tunes is a music shop owned by Calhoun Callaghan, or more familiarly known, Natasha's dad. The store offers instrument repairs, spare parts, music albums, and even music lessons if you're lucky enough!

The music shop, which has been a proud Mirstone business for 20 years, provides a chill environment for music enthusiast. Natasha may not be a full-time employee in the shop, she still helps her dad out from time to time after an early break from her morning deliveries. You'll see the banana-haired child sweeping or mopping the floors and wiping the covers and equipment.

Mirage Theatre

The Mirage Theatre is a performing arts theatre owned by Sebastian Wren. The theatre is located in the Misc. District of the shopping center. This theatre is the go-to place for plays, musicals, concerts, and anything that requires a stage.

While Set is the only real employee of the Mirage Theatre, handling most of its upkeep himself with no interest in permanent hires, he will often hire people short-term for the plays he directs. In addition, he is very willing to rent the theatre out to those who need it, oftentimes for relatively cheap.

The Theatre is small, but that by no means doesn’t make it fancy. In fact, it’s customized like a grand, large theatre would, with frills and curtains and everything you’d expect, only with fewer capacity. It has a purple and gold color scheme inside, and the walls are decorated with masks of many kinds. Backstage contains everything typical of the industry- dressing rooms, a prompt corner, a green room, a catwalk, and a trap room.

Eating Inn

A cozy bakery with many individual rooms for customers' privacy. Each room includes a bed, a desk, and a TV, along with being soundproofed. A quiet place to get some work done, eat some great food, or even spend the night if you want!

Pho-King Fabulous

Best Pho in town, and probably the only one, they also offer other vietnamese cuisine, but the most popular is the Pho and the coffee.

Salsa Verde

Best seafood with that touch of mexico, from shrimp cocktails, to whole fried fish, and more fish and shrimp cooked in many different ways, there's also eel too, and fish tacos! Those are very popular!

Toasty Tails

A cozy and warm cat cafe where you can relax, grab a soothing tea or caffiene pick-me-up, and enjoy the silly antics of some truly adorable cats. Some cats are permanent residents of the cafe, but most are fosters looking for adoption into comfy furever homes.

Cheese N' Clogs

A multi-purpose shop owned by an immigrant couple from Holland. Their store is the perfect marriage of their two areas of expertise. They use the scrap wood from the hand-crafted clogs to age and smoke their artisan cheese creations to delicious perfection. The wood ash then becomes fertilizer for the tulip garden beds that decorate the storefront.

Spider Silk Suits

Spidersilk Suits is a tailor shop owned by Maximilian Chambers, located in a shop-house in the Fashion District. As its name implies, the shop specializes in suits (unfortunately, not ones made of spider silk, though), but Max is willing to help alter or repair any clothing as needed- it enjoys the challenge! It also makes fully custom clothing every now and then, which are on display in the windows of the shop. You can ask Max to make custom clothing special for you, but don’t expect it to be cheap if you do. That’s just business, baby.
