Training sessions conducted after the Agency Meeting regarding the process so that systems remain in place. This is an eight week training cycle.

A twenty minute training session with the Quality Manager conducted after the Agency Training session discussing topics of importance to writing good business that stays on the books to increase earning potential and decrease customer service related issues.
