Recruit those you know who have the potential: family & friends. Recruit those you observe who have what it takes: gas station attendants, servers, hospitality, etc.
Recruit as you interact with your community: weekend fishing trips, barbeques, church activities, date nights, midnight gas station runs, etc.
Recruit whenever you like as long as you are not cutting into your route running time. So, lunch breaks, weeknight, and weekends are prime times to hit people up.
Someone provided you with this opportunity so the best way to pay them back is to pay it forward. You can control who you work with if you personally recruit. It is so much more fun to work with people you like and get along with than with people who pull you down.
We have training materials on Agent Services that will help you with recruiting. Just do a search for recruiting materials. Also, enter your recruit in the Personal Recruiting Drive so we know to fill out the personal recruiting form when we hire your recruit.
