WHAT DO OUR CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY?

We have used Taylor's Tails for daycare and boarding for our pup.  Our Goldendoodle has a lot of separation anxiety but she very quickly became comfortable and at ease at Dawn's. The Ring camera access and frequent updates from Dawn made us feel like our girl was very well taken care of. We'll continue to use Taylor's Tails in the future for pet care.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Taylor’s Tails! I recently boarded my two fur babies, Abby and Rocky, and I couldn't be happier with the care they received. From the moment we walked in, Dawn was warm and welcoming, making both me and my pups feel right at home.

The facility is clean, spacious, and filled with love. I loved getting daily updates, photos, and videos of Abby and Rocky having a blast, which really put my mind at ease while I was away. It’s obvious that they truly care about the dogs and go above and beyond to ensure they are happy and comfortable.

My sweet Savannah had the best care this weekend at Taylor’s Tails. She such a sensitive dog and usually has some anxiety after going to a boarder. Dawn was FANTASTIC with my girl and she’s a happy pup after her stay! She made a new friend and got lots of love and exercise. The best part was the updates we received which kept us at ease knowing she was in such good care.  We’ll definitely be back to Taylor’s Tails!

Dawn came highly recommended by my current boarder/groomer.  I was nervous due to one of my dogs normally acting aggressive to strangers.  My boys adjusted quickly with no issues.  I can say, I highly recommend, also.  Very safe and calm environment.  If you want your pup to be treated like they are at home, choose Taylor’s Tails, for a stress free stay!

We don’t have your typical pet lol. We have a Bunny, her name is Coa. She has her own little room and is free range most of the time. We had Dawn do drop in care & it was everything we needed. Coa ended up warming up to her which made us being away that much easier. Definitely recommend her for any care. Her love for animals is pure

I can’t recommend Taylor’s Tails enough!! I’m always nervous to leave my fur babies at home, but Dawn took away all the fear. Right from the first meeting, she was very attentive to every detail, and she even asked questions when I forgot to tell her something. She’s been excellent with communication and so so friendly to my cats and me. We’re definitely going to reach out to her in the future any time we need a pet sitter!

What a fantastic experience we just had. I was so nervous to go on or 5 day vacation with out our fur babies. But Taylor's Tails made this the best experience! We got daily updates and access to the cameras. I could tell my guys were so happy. They got so much love!!! I would never have had this wonderful vacation with our kiddos had I been worried about the fur babies. They absolutely took all the worry out of the equation. I can't say enough good things!! Price was more than fair. Booking was so easy. Quality of care was exceptional! Communication was above and beyond!!! We will definitely be back!

also wanted to add one of our guys has some anxiety and isn't friendly to other animals. I told them and they understood and took extra precautions with him. That meant so much to us, to know they understood and didn't punish or treat him like a problem child, eased so much of my anxiety!

Leaving our baby for the first time, and for nearly a week, was a nerve-wracking thought.
