Taylor's Tails service areas are Gulfport, Biloxi, D'Iberville, Long Beach, Ocean Springs, Mississippi, and everywhere in between.
Are you open during the holidays?
Yes, we are open most holidays; however, we do charge a small additional fee for some holidays such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
How can I be sure that you are trustworthy/reliable?

How do I know you are caring for my pet while I am gone?
I will text or direct message you daily with updates and include pictures and/or videos. I am fond of taking pictures and videos of all pets in my care. If your dog is staying, I will give you access to the inside and outside Ring cameras.
Do I need to bring anything for boarding or day care?
Yes, please supply food (enough for their stay and a couple more servings just in case) and a food bowl. Anything to make your dog feel more comfortable like their favorite treats, bedding, toys. Also, a leash, and collar with an up-to-date (UTD) tag.
Can I board my puppy?
Yes; however, the puppy should be at least 6 months old to ensure they are UTD on vaccinations and are potty-trained and house-broken. I understand some clients do not spay/neuter their puppies right away so I am open to letting an intact puppy stay.
Do you offer meet and greets?
Yes. In fact, they are required for new clients to ensure we are the best fit for you and your pet. Meet and greets for boarding and day care are conducted at my location. Meet and greets for drop-in care visits are conducted at your residence. For boarding and day care services, trial stays are also required. Trial stays are preferably an overnight stay when other dogs are present. Please allow enough time to complete all onboarding before your dog's planned stay.
What happens if I need to schedule you for care and you are not available/booked?
I am an extra small facility. Please book as far in advance as you'd like, but give me at least a week's notice to prevent this issue. If you are a new client, please allow enough time to complete all onboarding (meet and greet; overnight trial stay; and Time to Pet portal update) before your dog's planned stay. I can recommend other pet sitters that I network with.
Any medications that you will not give?
I have given oral and topical medications and also injections.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! I provide a 10% discount for a new client's first care service. I always give a 10% discount to military and first responders so please let me know if this info applies.
