What will I be able to play

When it comes to bowling at Taunton, there are many options available to you. Whether you choose to come and play for fun or at a more competitive level, there really is something for everyone.

• You can simply book a session and play solo or with other club members. 

• You can play in our regular umbrella sessions where you can just turn up and play matches in a friendly environment with other club members. 

• You can play in one of our internal club friendly leagues. 

•  You could play in one of our many mixed friendly matches against other clubs that take place throughout the year, outside ( summer weekday and Sunday afternoons) and indoors (summer weekday and Sunday afternoons, winter weekend afternoons)

• Or you can look to play for one of our competitive teams in leagues such as The Somerset County League, South West Indoor Ladies League, West Somerset League, or many of the local or national competitions. 

Internal club competitions

We ensure that our internal competitions are both newbie and experienced friendly. There are also sessions for newbie members to meet up and get to know the club, other members and how the game is played.
