Spectral Victims of your Celestial Patron are sent forth to the target and grasp desperately at the target.
You gain the Cantrip Chill Touch
You have seen and experienced more than anyone should due to being bound to a Celestial being of suffering and pain. You gain proficiency in Constitution Saving Throws.
Choose a creature within 60ft that you can see, it must make a Constitution saving Throw.
If the creature fails the roll, it becomes filled with intense pain, making it extremely difficult to complete the simplest of tasks, they have disadvantage on all rolls for a number of minutes equal to your Cleric level.
Choose a target within 30 ft that you can see and a weapon that you can touch, as part of the ritual you or another creature may intentionally harm yourself with that weapon, and the target takes the exact same damage in the exact same location. The target may attempt a Constitution saving throw, if it is successful they take half damage instead.
The Celestials of Suffering enjoy when their agents endure sufferment, the being enjoys dismemberment and dis-figuration above all.
Target a Humanoid Creature, with roughly the same parts and configuration as you within 15ft, it must make a Constitution saving throw. If the roll fails, you become spiritually linked for 1 minute, regardless of distance from each other once the effect is activated.
During this time, if you remove or tear out or cut off a body part, the exact same thing happens to the linked creature.
Parts that you remove from yourself and induce this feature will be granted back by your Celestial's grace after a long rest.
While you are missing parts, you have disadvantage on all rolls from the intense pain. As the parts that you have are missing, you lose abilities to perform certain actions, spells, etc that would have required those parts. If you die, the target must make death saving throws regardless of their current health, and if they fail in total their death saving throws they instantly die, as if they took 'massive' damage. You must be dead for this to happen, not unconscious.
Cutting away a Limb induces a Bleed if it is not stopped with a Successful Medicine Check. 1d4 per Hit Dice of the creature per limb dismembered. May be steeped with a successful medicine check, DC based on GM discretion.
When you use your My Pain... Is your Pain! feature, your targets take twice as much damage as you do. When you use the Link of Joint Mutilation feature, your parts removed by this feature return after a short rest.
