Your knowledge of the brain allows you to confuse and damage someone's neutral pathways with the correct sentence structure and context. You gain the cantrip Vicious Mockery
In addition, with your knowledge of how sentients react to certain actions, you become proficient in Deception and Persuasion.
You may lay your hands on a creature that is Enchanted with a spell or a spell-like ability, or is being affected by a mind altering effect, and assist them in clearing out this ailment. The creature gets to attempt again to break free of the mind altering affect and has advantage on this attempt.
Once per Long Rest, you can give a creature that is already under the effect of one of your Enchantment Spells disadvantage on a saving throw from another Spell.
You may use this effect twice per Long Rest at level 14, and three times per Long Rest at level 17.
Once successfully per Long Rest. When a creature injures you with an attack you may make them attempt a Wisdom saving throw. If they fail they are filled with a horrible sense of guilt for hurting you until they take a Short or Long Rest. If the target succeeds the saving throw, the use of this feature is not counted and may be used again.
At level 14, this ability can be used twice successfully per Long rest.
This horrible guilt is up to the DM's discretion on how it manifests, but typically makes it difficult for them to attack you again whilst they are still feeling guilty. Discussing what you'd like to happen with your DM to give a bit of flavour.
The duration of your Enchantment spells are increased. The duration increases by an amount equal to your Cleric level. The unit that it increases depends on the spell's description. If it lists rounds, when that is the unit you would use, and the same goes if it lists days, hours, weeks, minutes etc. For example the spell Geas mentions a duration of 30 days, so if you were a level 17 Cleric, Geas would instead last for 47 days.
