Instead of any Full Action healing spell, you may instead cast Cure Wounds at level 4, with the same Conditions. Cure Wounds used this way does not require it to be memorized or use a spell slot.
You no longer need to be touching someone to enable a Cerebral Connection, you may connect with someone, as long as they are within 30ft and can see or hear you and are willing.
