Tuberculosis Data, Impact Assessment, and Communication Hub (TB DIAH) Project

o Key project staff, leading technical teams for design and implementation of TB Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and surveillance system assessment tools.
o Developed M&E system strengthening plans as well as M&E plans for national TB programs

o Led and manage USAID’s HMIS Scale-up Project in Ethiopia to develop electronic Community Health Information System (CHIS) and contribute to the country’s eHealth strategy.
o Supported MEASURE Evaluation in Bangladesh to develop and implement community-based electronic information system that supports delivery of reproductive, maternal and child health services.
o Led development of PRISM (Performance of Routine Information Systems Management) assessment tools for assessing electronic HIS and Community HIS, contributed to the development of RHIS curriculum through the Health Data Collaborative (HDC) of the World Health Organization (WHO) and facilitated its implementation in India and in Ghana.
o Co-chaired HDC’s Health Facility Data System technical working group and participated in Expert Advisory Group for Every Newborn Birth Indicator Research Tracking in Hospitals (EN-BIRTH) and the consultative groups on WHO’s Ending Preventable Maternal Mortality (EPMM) metrics and Every Newborn Action Plan (ENAP) indicator feasibility testing.
