Health system expert, leader, and academic with extensive international experience in strengthening national health systems of countries. Having led technical teams to co-create, pilot, and scale-up people-centered solutions to strengthen reproductive, maternal and child health programs, infectious diseases such as tuberculosis programs, and community-based programs.

Extensive experience in program Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and surveillance systems, national health management information systems (HMIS), and community health information systems, having designed and implemented system assessment tools for disease surveillance ecosystem assessment and gap-mapping using quantitative and qualitative data, developed action plans, costed plans and national M&E plans, and facilitated operations research. 

Professorial lecturer at George Washington University, teaching fundamentals of public health program evaluation, with focus on quantitative and qualitative evaluation concepts.
