In addition to bringing improved technical solutions, I also focused on strengthening health systems’ governance and capacity building, while engaging relevant stakeholders to ensure country buy-in and sustainability. My collaborative approach focuses on creating empathetic and tailored solutions, engaging governments, national counterparts, donors and field staff, to promote local ownership and durability of health system reforms.
