Co-founded and currently lead Aawaaz Education Services, an organization dedicated to enhancing access to quality education for marginalized students across multiple states in India. The organization has directly impacted over 50,000 students through large-scale interventions.
Designed and implemented student-centered educational programs in 350+ schools, with a strong emphasis on student engagement, teacher training, curriculum development, and academic outcomes.
Established partnerships with NGOs, private and public schools, and government education departments, scaling sustainable and high-impact educational initiatives that serve both rural and urban communities.
Led the development of teacher capacity-building programs, equipping educators with innovative pedagogical tools, including peer learning models, digital learning strategies, and inquiry-based teaching methods.
Managed a diverse, cross-functional team of 50+ educators, field coordinators, and research associates, overseeing operations, program execution, and the monitoring and evaluation of educational interventions to ensure long-term impact.
Spearheaded data-driven decision-making, utilizing assessment metrics and field research to refine interventions, improve learning outcomes, and scale successful models across new regions.
Advocated for inclusive educational policies, contributing to discussions and policy recommendations on education equity, teacher training reforms, and school improvement strategies at state and national levels.

Founded the Aawaaz Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to addressing education disparities and advancing social justice through community-driven solutions and advocacy efforts.
Designed and launched community outreach programs that have engaged 10,000+ individuals, focusing on education access, youth empowerment, and social equity.
Developed and executed awareness campaigns advocating for gender-inclusive education, digital literacy, and equitable access to learning resources, particularly targeting marginalized communities, girls, and first-generation learners.
Led initiatives in women’s education and youth leadership, creating structured mentorship programs that equip young women with skills, networks, and opportunities to pursue higher education and leadership roles.
Collaborated with grassroots organizations, policy think tanks, and local leaders to influence educational reforms and push for systemic changes in underserved communities.
Launched emergency education response programs during COVID-19, supporting students and teachers with digital learning resources, mental health support, and mobile-based learning interventions in low-connectivity areas.
Established a scholarship and mentorship program that has supported hundreds of students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds in accessing higher education and vocational training opportunities.
