Travel Grant Application
Our aim is to make the conference as accessible as possible and, to that end, we are pleased to offer travel grants. These have been designed to assist attendees with varying travel needs, covering car travel, air travel, and hotel accommodation in San Antonio.
Travel grant awardees will be awarded through a travel reimbursement from UTSA after the TAPS meeting. We will be covering meals (all meals are supplied during the meeting for all attendees, the travel grant does not cover outside meals), transportation (air/ground), and hotel rooms for up to two nights for the awardees.
