Registration

Welcome to the Registration page for the 2nd Texas Area Planetary Science (TAPS) Meeting 2024! We're thrilled to have you join us on August 15th and 16th. This event will be an excellent opportunity for collaboration, networking, and sharing of ideas in the exciting field of planetary science.

Registration is free and includes access to all sessions of the meeting from 2:00 pm CT on August 15th to 6:00 pm CT on August 16th, followed by dinner reception served from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm CT. Please note that while the dinner is not mandatory, it offers a great opportunity for casual networking and socializing.

The deadline for registration is July 15th, 2024, so don't wait too long to secure your spot! Note that we will be capping the registered attendees to 200 people. 

To register, click on the "Registration Form" button below. If you plan to present at the meeting, please remember to submit your abstract after you've finished your registration. The abstract deadline is July 11th, 2024, at 5 pm CT.

COVID-19 Precautions 

As we continue to navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic, we kindly ask all attendees to prioritize the health and safety of all participants. There is no masking requirement at our meeting, however, wearing a mask is completely normalized and respected. If you feel the need to wear a mask, you are more than welcome to do so. We ask all attendees to be respectful towards those choosing to wear masks. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 or flu-related symptoms, we strongly advise you not to attend the meeting. If possible, we recommend being fully vaccinated prior to attending the meeting. Please adhere to all local public health guidelines during the meeting.
