Presentation Time: 15 minutes for your talk.
Avoid Jargon: Note that we have a broad audience, and we put yellow cards on tables. If the audience hears jargon that they do not understand, they have the opportunity to show their yellow cards to complain!
Q&A Session: Following the presentations in each session, there will be a 10-minute Q&A session to address any questions from the audience.
All poster presenters have the option to give a 1-minute lightning talk (up to one slide) to highlight their posters. The slide will auto-advance after 1 minute.
Your poster presentation will be displayed in the designated poster session area. Please ensure your poster adheres to the following dimensions:
Maximum Size: 3.5 feet in height (42 inches or 107 cm) and 6 feet in width (72 inches or 183 cm).

During the conference, we will have one invited speaker from NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory showcasing next-generation NASA missions through an engaging 30-minute presentation.
Talks & Posters:
Our conference will offer 17 dynamic talks and over 80 poster presentations. These sessions will provide brief snapshots of diverse research conducted by our diverse attendees in the Texas area.
Extended Breaks:
To foster in-depth discussions and networking opportunities, we have strategically designed our schedule with generous breaks in the poster hall. These extended breaks will allow participants to engage in meaningful conversations and explore intriguing research topics.
Breakout Sessions:
In addition to the main sessions, we are delighted to offer focused breakout discussions for early-career attendees and senior researchers. These sessions will provide a platform for in-depth exploration and exchange of ideas among participants with shared interests.
