We offer three presentation formats:
Invited Talk: These are by invitation only. If you've received an official email invitation from the meeting organizer, please select this option.
Regular Talk: These are standard oral presentations open to all applicants. Each talk is 15 minutes long, followed by a joint 10-minute Q&A at the end of the session.
Lightning Talk + Poster Presentation: This is open to all applicants. Presenters may give an optional lightning talk (up to 1 minute) to introduce their poster and spark interest in their work. Followed by a gallery-style poster session, with posters displayed on stands along the back of the main conference room for informal discussion and engagement. This year, we highly encourage research group PIs to submit a poster to highlight their group's research.
