Terms of Service for Taphub

Please read these Terms of Service (Terms) carefully before using the Taphub mobile application (the App) operated by Nasulla Bazar (us, we, or our).

The Taphub app is available for download on Google Play.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. The Service

Taphub is a freemium tally counter application focused on personal performance and tracking. Key features include an Offline Challenge System, an Achievement System, a virtual Coin Store, and a Customization Engine. The Service requires an active internet connection to access features like user profile, progress syncing, and the Coin Store.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service (like syncing progress and saving challenge records), you must create an account via Google Sign-in. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

• Not share your account credentials with any third party.

• Notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

The Service includes optional In-App Purchases (IAPs) to buy virtual currency, known as Coins.

• No Real-World Value: Coins are virtual items with no monetary value. They are used exclusively within the App to unlock customization features (e.g., backgrounds, font styles, colors).

• Payments: All IAP transactions are processed securely through the Google Play Billing service. We do not collect or store any payment information.

• Refunds: All purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable. Because Coins are virtual items delivered immediately upon purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, except where required by applicable law.

• Forfeiture: Coins are a limited license for use within the App. They are not personal property and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. If your account is terminated or suspended by us for breaching these Terms, you will forfeit any and all remaining Coins.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Cheating: Using any cheats, exploits, bots, scripts, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service (e.g., to artificially inflate your challenge scores or tap counts).

• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our servers. This includes reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App.

• Abuse: Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users, or posting any content that is obscene, hateful, or otherwise offensive.

• Misrepresentation: Impersonating another person or entity.

Violation of these rules may result in an immediate warning, suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion.

5. Termination or Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, if you breach these Terms (especially the rules in Section 4).

If your account is terminated, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all software, text, graphics, logos, and the Taphub name) are and will remain the exclusive property of Nasulla Bazar. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy Policy and Account Deletion

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect and use your data.

• Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time via the Profile section in the App or by following the instructions on our DELETION PAGE.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall Nasulla Bazar, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
