Taphub Account and Data Deletion Request
This policy is dedicated to users of the Taphub mobile application available on Google Play.
You have full control over your personal information. If you wish to permanently request the deletion of your Taphub account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below. Please note that your use of the Taphub app is subject to our Terms of Service.
Two Ways to Delete Your Data
For your convenience, we provide two methods to request account and data deletion:
1. In-App Deletion (Recommended & Fastest)
You can instantly and permanently delete your account at any time directly from within the Taphub app. This is the fastest and easiest method.
Step 1: Open the Taphub app and navigate to the Profile section (by tapping the person icon in the bottom-right corner).
Step 2: On your Profile screen, tap the red "Delete Account" button.
Step 3: A confirmation pop-up will appear stating: "Are you sure you want to delete your account? This action cannot be undone."
Step 4: To proceed, tap the "Delete" button. Your account and all associated data will be instantly and permanently erased.
2. Email Request (Via this Web Page)
If you cannot access the app or prefer to send a request via email, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Open Your Email Client Please compose a new email to the following address: sabbirff886@gmail.com
Step 2: Use the Correct Subject Line The subject line of your email must be: Taphub Account and Data Deletion Request
Step 3: Include Required Information in the Body The body of your email must include these two pieces of information to help us verify your request:
Your Taphub Account Email: (The email address you used for Google Sign-In).
Confirmation of Request: A clear statement, such as: "I wish to permanently delete my Taphub account and all associated data."
What Data Will Be Deleted?
Upon processing your request, all data associated with your account will be permanently erased. This includes:
Personal Info: Your name, email address, and User ID.
App Activity: Your Offline Challenge records, session history, and all achievement data.
Financial Info: Your Purchase History (e.g., records of Coin packs or other items you have acquired).
Important Information
This is Permanent: This process is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All your progress, challenge scores, and any remaining purchased items will be permanently lost.
Processing Time: Upon receiving your email request, we will verify and complete the data deletion process within 30 days (unless specific data retention is required for legal or regulatory purposes). In-app deletion is instant.
No Partial Deletion: Taphub does not currently offer the option to delete only specific data (like scores) without deleting the entire account.
