Privacy Policy for Taphub

This Privacy Policy applies to the Taphub mobile application (the App), developed and provided as a Freemium service by Nasulla Bazar (the Service Provider).
The Taphub app is available for download on Google Play. By using Taphub, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Terms of Service
1. Information Collection and Use
Taphub collects certain information when you download and use the app. This includes the following information:
Personally Identifiable Information: Your name, email address (collected via Google Sign-in for account creation and management), and unique User ID.
Technical and Device Data: Device ID (or other IDs), device date and time settings, and mobile operating system details.
App Activity Data: App interactions (e.g., click counts for session history, challenge scores, and achievement tracking).
Crash Logs & Diagnostics: Data related to app performance, crashes, and other diagnostics for analysis.
Approximate Location Data: We collect your approximate location data (e.g., country or city) derived from your IP address. This data is collected solely for Analytics purposes (via Firebase Analytics) to understand where our app is being used and to improve our service. We do not collect your precise GPS location.
This information is primarily used for:
Account Management: To set up, log in, verify, and manage your account (e.g., link your purchase history and progress).
App Functionality: To provide core features such as the tapping challenge system, achievement system, session history, saving progress, and synchronizing your purchased items. These features require full network access to communicate with our servers.
Analytics: To understand user demographics (based on approximate location) and improve app performance and stability.
2. In-App Purchases and Payments
Taphub offers optional in-app purchases (e.g., Coins). All financial transactions are processed securely through the Google Play Billing service. We (Nasulla Bazar) do not collect or store sensitive payment information like credit card numbers or billing addresses.
However, to provide you with your purchased items and for App Functionality and Account Management purposes, we do collect and securely store your Purchase History (such as what items you purchased and when). This information is linked to your account to ensure you always have access to your purchased content, even if you change devices.
3. Third-Party Services
Taphub uses third-party services that may collect information to identify you. These include:
Firebase (for backend database, analytics, and crash reporting)
4. Account and Data Deletion Policy (Required by Google)
We are committed to giving users full control over their data.
Deletion Request: Users can request the deletion of their account and all associated personal data at any time.
Deletion Methods: We provide two required methods for users to initiate an account and data deletion request:
In-App Deletion: Users can delete their account directly within the Profile section of the Taphub application.
Web Request: Users can submit a deletion request via our dedicated https://sites.google.com/view/taphub-data-deletion/home

We will permanently delete all associated data (except for data we are required to retain for legal, regulatory, or tax purposes) within a reasonable timeframe following the request.
5. Disclosure of Information
We do not share your personal data with other companies or organizations, except under the following limited conditions:
When required by law or legal obligation.
To protect the rights, safety, or property of users or others.
With trusted service providers operating on our behalf (like Firebase) under strict confidentiality agreements.
6. Opt-Out
You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the app via your device or app marketplace.
7. Data Retention
Data you provide will be retained while your Taphub account is active. To request deletion of your data, please refer to the Account and Data Deletion Policy section above.
8. Children’s Privacy
Taphub is not intended for children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly. Parents or guardians who become aware of such data should contact sabbirff886@gmail.com
9. Security
We take your privacy seriously. Taphub employs technical and procedural safeguards (such as encryption in transit) to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of Taphub after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
