Sponsorship Work: Procurement of necessary materials from manufacturers through sponsorship along with detailed drawings and quantity information. Raw materials required for the workshop can be obtained from the manufacturer within the framework of a social responsibility project. Relevant institutions will be contacted regarding this matter.
Stakeholder Engagement: Contacting collaborating institutions involved in the realization and on-site implementation of the project at the workshop level, and engaging stakeholders. Universities, architectural organizations, and NGOs etc.
Material Procurement: Transportation of materials obtained from sponsors to the workshop area and proper storage in suitable conditions.
Workshop Production: Production of the project-appropriate items from raw materials in collaboration with students and facilitators within the university's architecture faculty or college, and testing possible configurations. Estimated duration: 1 week.
Delivery of Toolkit to the Area: Delivery of the toolkit produced during the workshop to the area 1.5 years after the disaster, and making it available for public use in undeveloped areas, in collaboration with necessary stakeholders.
