Before reviewers read over proposals, they need to report any conflicts of interest. Reviewers are randomly assigned, but they will be reassigned to other proposals if there is a vested interest.
If you are interested in presenting, please use this Google form to submit your proposal. Please only submit this form if you are affiliated with a library in the Texas A&M system. This could include librarians, paraprofessional staff, managers, or other library workers. Guest presenters will be considered, but collaboration with an A&M System library is required.
Proposals will be evaluated using a rubric with criteria such as: Relevance to libraries across the A&M system (ex: element of collaboration within the A&M system, how will it benefit other system libraries etc…)
Evidence of presenter’s expertise on the topic
Evidence of presenter’s ability to engage audience with interactivity during the online session
Expressed interest in the topic to attendees
Congruity with Texas A&M System mission and goals
Presents solutions to commonly held library problems across the System
Clarity of purpose
Originality
Innovation
