Panel Discussion
Duration: 50 minutes Presenters: 3 to 5
A discussion in which a group of individuals deliver short addresses on a library centric topic. Panels should also include a moderator to guide the discussion via predetermined questions and, if desired, audience questions. At least one of the panelists must represent an institution with the Texas A&M University System. Panelists may be from the same institution or a mix.
Presentation

A session where a library-centric topic is presented to audience members. Presentations should be carefully prepared, interactive, and also provide resources or suggestions for implementation. Presenters should have background knowledge of the issue at hand, either through practice
Discussion/Collaborative Problem Solving
Duration: 50 minutes Presenters: 1 to 5
These sessions are meant to be a collaborative conversation between discussion leaders and audience members centralized around a library-centric topic or a problem. Individuals proposing to facilitate a discussion should prepare talking points and questions in order to engage dialog. Session attendees are expected to actively participate within the discussion.
Lightning Rounds
Duration: 10 minutes Presenters: 1
A Lightning Round is a short presentation on a topic of interest. These sessions are intended to provide a brief overview of a topic as opposed to in-depth analysis. Four lightning rounds will be grouped together to complete one session block within the conference.
