Information for sponsors
This program is held every year at Parsippany, NJ since 2007. Nearly 600 people attend the program from NJ, NY and PA.
Admission is free for this program and the event is funded by sponsorships.
This is a great marketing opportunity to promote your services and we request your support for this event by sponsorship.
Platinum Package* - $1000
1. Personal introduction on stage by sponsor for 5 minutes shuffled between programs.
2. A4 size advertisement printed on program day brochure that will be distributed to audience.
3. Four dinner tokens for free with reserved premium seats
4. Table at the program venue for displaying marketing materials.
5. Banner display behind the table.
6. Advertisement displayed on Tamfest.com.
7. Advertisement displayed on TamFest Facebook page and will be cycled every month 15th till April 15.
8. Priority table allotment. (on the order of platinum signups)
9. Sponsor name with phone number/website details to Tamfest group of 700 members
10. Advertisement printed on next year Sponsor marketing brochure
Gold Package* - $500
1. Sponsor name will be announced on stage in between programs.
2. Advertisement (1/2 of an A4 size) in program brochure that will be distributed to audience.
3. Two dinner tokens for free with reserved premium seats
4. Table at the program venue for displaying marketing materials.
5. Banner display behind the table
6. Sponsor name with phone number/website details to Tamfest group of 700 members.
7. Business card displayed on Tamfest.com and Facebook page
Silver Package* - $300
1. Table (might be shared with other sponsor) at the program venue inside cafeteria for displaying marketing materials
2. Advertisement (1/4th of an A4 size) in program brochure that will be distributed to audience.
3. Sponsor name with phone number/website details to Tamfest email group of 700 members.
Bronze Package* - $100
1. Business card size advertisement in Program Brochure that will be distributed to audience.
2. Sponsor name with Phone number/website details to Tamfest email group of 700 members
3. Flyers or Business cards about your business will be kept on a general info desk
*Priority will be assigned on first signup basis.
*All marketing materials to be provided by sponsor.
