2) Complete an online intake form sent to your email prior to your appointment
3) 1-2 days before your appointment, you will receive the exact location to confirm your booking

I invite return clients to utilize the Client Portal below. This secure portal will provide
Access to your appointments: book, view and manage your individual appointments.
Access to your invoices: view, download and pay your invoices.
If you do not want to register for a Client Portal, you can still book appointments! Just contact directly and I will handle the scheduling as we did for our first appointment.
